My Flat-Fee Legal Services For FSBO Sellers

Sell your home yourself. Pay no commission. Receive skilled legal and real estate assistance.

When you hire me, attorney Michael Samuels, you reap the financial benefits of FSBO selling and you also receive top-notch legal and practical guidance.

I have practiced real estate law for nearly 40 years, and I have been a real estate agent for more than two decades. I ensure that your sale is done properly, goes smoothly and works out best for you. You negotiate directly with the buyer, and I do the rest.

For a flat fee of $2,000 I will:

  • Draft the contracts, deeds and other forms and documents you need to complete the sale and fulfill Ohio legal requirements.
  • Provide all disclosures that are legally required.
  • Answer any legal or practical questions that arise.
  • Advise you on negotiation strategy.
  • Review, draft and comment on all documents.
  • Review closing documents and settlement statements.

For an additional $250 fee, I will attend the closing if it is within 50 miles of my Cincinnati office.
